Η εξωτερική θερμομόνωση αποτελεί μία προστατευτική ενέργεια εξαιρετικά σημαντική για την ενεργειακή απόδοση του κτιρίου μας. Στις υπό ανέγερση κατασκευές, θεωρείται επιβεβλημένη, όμως πλέον μπορεί να εφαρμόζεται και σε ήδη ολοκληρωμένα σπίτια. Το σύστημα που χρησιμοποιούμε είναι το Kelyfos.

Σε πολλές περιπτώσεις οι εφαρμογές αυτές πραγματοποιούνται με αμεσότητα, χωρίς επίπονες και θορυβώδεις διαδικασίες. Ολοκληρώνονται σε εύλογο χρόνο και έχουν άμεσο αποτέλεσμα.

Υλικά για εξωτερική θερμομόνωση

Τα υλικά που χρησιμοποιούμε είναι εξειδικευμένα και απολύτως συνυφασμένα με αυτού του τύπου τις εφαρμογές. Πληρούν τις ευρωπαϊκές πιστοποιήσεις και διαθέτουν εγγύηση αποτελεσματικότητας. Συγκεκριμένα χρησιμοποιούμε θερμομονωτικά υλικά όπως το σύστημα Kelyfos, που επικολλούνται με ειδική κόλλα τσιμεντοειδούς βάσης και ενισχύονται με υαλόπλεγμα και εξωτερικό σοβά. ΜΟΝΩΣΗ ΜΕ ΣΥΣΤΗΜΑΤΑ KELYFOS

Σε υφισταμενα κτιριατο συστημα kelyfos τοποθετειται με ελαχιστη οχληση για τους ενοικους.
Σε νεοαναγειρομενα κτιρια δεν απαιτειται διπλη τοιχοποιια με ενδιαμεσο κενο στους περιμετρικους τοιχους.
Το ολοκληρωμενο συστηματα kelyfos ειναι συμφωνο με τον Κανονισμο Ενεργειακης Αποδοσης Κτιριων.
Εφαρμοζεται σε ολοκληρο το κτιριο ( ταρατσα , τοιχοποιια , πιλοτη) ή επιλεκτικα.
Επιτυγχανουμε αριστη θερμομονωση και προστασια του κτιριου απο τις καιρικες συνθηκες καθολη την διαρκεια του ετους.
Ευκολια και ταχυτητα τοποθετησης.
Συμβαλει στηνπροστασια του περιβαλλοντος , μειωνοντας τους ρυπους απο τον καυστηρα , λογω της εξοικονομησης ενεργειας.

Τοίχοι – Πυλωτή (Dow)

Οι τοιχοι και η πιλοτη θωρακιζονται με kelyfos wall. Οι θερμομονωτικες πλακες της DOW επικολλουνται πανω στην επιφανεια που θελουμε να θερμομονωσουμε με κολλα και στη συνχεια στερεωνονται με βυσματα.

Απο πανω τοποθετειται υαλοπλεγμα με κολλα και στη συνεχεια σοβας λευκος η εγχρωμος.Υπαρχει δυνατοτητα επιλογης της τελικης επιφανειαςτου σοβα σε υφη και αποχρωσεις.
Στην ταρατσα χρησιμοποειται το συστημα kelyfos rooftile. Αποτελειται απο πλακες λευκου τσιμεντου polytile με επικολλημενο θερμομονωτικο υλικο της dow. Δεν χρησιμοποιουμε κολλα για τις πλακες. Αρκει η απλη αποθεση τους στο δαπεδο , καθως οι πλακες συγκρατουνται απο τις καιρικες συνθηκες.
